I was able to get my playlists back because I copied the files to my external hard drive and I copied them back to my main drive.  I am still getting the error of "could not synchronize playlists.  Retrying....".  Is there anything else that I can do?  It is very frustrating that I can't move my playlists on my Mac and have them moved on my iPhone since you can't move playlists easliy on the iPhone.  Please help!

I contacted @spotfycares on twitter and they fixed the problem. I recommend that anyone with this problem do the same.

Hi I have had this issue on and off for a few weeks now, but it appears when I'm not syncing my iPhone to the Mac. I haven't tried to see if the songs will sync just incase I lose them all and have to wait another 5 hours for them to sync.

I have removed the cache files and reinstalled the lastest version again but it did nothing, while I was soring out my local files again the error message apeared.

I am running:

Mac OS X 10.8.1 (Mountain Lion - MBP Mid 2010)

Spotify v. 0.8.4.124.ga3559d86
