As I wrote yesterday I've had this problem for weeks now, but when I klicked the "what's new" icon just now the page loaded so it works for me at the moment. Maybe spotify has fixed this problem (hopefully permanently) or it might just have been account related as other people have mentioned. I think it would be a great gesture from spotify to offer a free month, I've been a true subscriber to premium for a couple of years now, not too much to ask.. Question is how do I get that through to them....

Same here! I tried my account on another computer just hours ago and it didn't work there either, but now all of a sudden everything works. :smileyhappy:
I asked about who to contact about getting a free month since it's been like this for over 2 weeks now, but no reply yet. Good thing it's up and running again though.

Mine has been down for 3 days I have read everything in the Fourums and tried them all, and Still the Whats New isnt working. And Spotify still cant tell you whats wrong but wait. I have to wonder why Im paying for an unlimited account, for piss poor support and what seems to be a totaly random thing.

Still not working for me & driving me up the wall. Had a response from Spotify to be told to update to the latest flash. I'm on a Mac & clearly stated this when I sent in a support ticket. It's happening on 2 different connections, on 2 different platforms. So it must be purely a account problem.

Hm. So today my account has started doing it as well, now I don't feel left out!
Now to start with the troubleshooting...
