Some spotify tracks are grayed out and it appears that the artist doesn't want it to be played. I thought that spotify premium allows these limited tracks to be played

I cannot express just how annoying this is when you're in a car, or in a hurry to find something to listen to.
With some artists (Bob Dylan, James Brown) there are 10+ albums that are completely greyed out. When you think about this from a user-experience perspective, it's horrific. I really have to select an album, see it's greyed out, then hit back, select another, then back, then another, then back, etc?
If you don't have the rights for an album, PLEASE just don't list it. It just annoys the user.

Hide Unplayable tracks does NOT solve this. I've had the problem from day one. I have selected "Hide unplayable tracks" over and over again. It's probably just mass info from a database and they haven't figured out how to filter it out. It's extremely frustrating. I don't want access to music I don't have access to. Dig!

Hello,
This was posted in the windows board - I have seen something in the iPhone application to do with this but not Windows. What system are you running?

Hello,
It seems that in a previous version of the iOS application, some albums were showing up that couldn't actually be played at all - Pink Floyd, for example. I believe this should be resolved in the latest update, so be sure to pop over to the App Store and ensure you have the latest version of Spotify.
