so I use spotify on different computers (my laptop and my regular pc) with my facebook-account, now when I've listed a song as a favourite on my pc it doesn't show it's favourited. It does show up in my favourite list, but it doenst has the star on the left when I browse through an album.

does this make sense? :P

anyways, does anyone have this too? it kind of bugs me, sometimes.

I can get this for maximum a minute or two. This is because Spotify is updating it's local playlist from the server, and you just changed computer so it needs to update.

As I can see Spotify first downloads newly added tracks to all playlist, and after that downloads newly starred items.

So, does it help for you just to wait a few minutes?

This is a thing that annoys me quite a bit with Spotify. I like the track X no matter what album it's on.

You see, on your first picture the album is called "Special Edition" (with a few added songs), and your star is on the same song but another album. Starring something on Spotify ties it to Song AND album, so if the same song appears on 10 different albums you could basically star it 10 times ... really annoying.

Hope it helps (well, it doesn't help at all but you might at least understand better why you get this error).

oh yeaaah I see!!

I've noticed before that the 'top hits', when you star them, you haven't starred it in the album itself, sooo annoying!

maybe that's just me (I'm kind of a tidy freak :P)

I hope this is the problem, because this isn't the only song/ artist this happened with, so I'll check, thank you :)

haha I checked and that;s not it either, I made sure it was the eact same album (so no special edition or anything) and it's not favourited when I browse the artist/ album, but it does show up in my favourite list.

I can even favourite the songs in the album and they'll show up 2 times in my favourite list

The "Top 5" is the worst. I have stopped using it and find the songs down in one album instead beacuse I'm too very obsessed - if not a freak - about my playlists and stars being 100% correct all the time. The Top 5 often reference to songs in albums they have taken away from the artists frontpage, thus your star on a Top 5 not showing up on that album even though they have the same names.

yes! I know ecactly what you mean! I'm like that too :P

with my ipod too. I've got this album, but I only like 6 or so song on it that I really like and listen to, but I just can't stand removing half the album from it xD
