Hey guys! How about a update to this bleepty music software, actually you can't talk about it as music software, but we do not mind to wait forever and ever for updates. In other words this app just not work, actually there is much more bugs than working things. So Spotify and Microsoft how about a update that fix all those bugs and adds all those improvements?

Bugs:

- Bluetooth bug. Sometimes you need to restart the app if you want to continue listening music.

- Offline mode is buggy, fix it. Does not download all the time, slower download when more than 2,000 tracks to download.

- Slow startup.

- App crashes sometimes, fix it.

- App sometimes show that no internet connection, even when my 3G works fine.

- At some networks no music eg. internet to Spotify when operator roams in other operator network.

- The playback is sometimes awful, songs does not load or no sound etc.

- Where is ability to backward or forward? Is it music app?

- Links from Spotify does not open in Windows Phone app. For example if I open this link in Windows Phone Internet Explorer Liviu Hodor – Sweet Love (feat. Mona) - Radio Edit, link does not open at all in Spotify for Windows Phone.

- The playlist I made from local files on my computer are empty in the spotify app. Eg. locals are hidden from playlist, even If i have those locals in Windows Phone.

- When you receive call with Bluetooth, Spotify crashes and does not play music when call is ended. Also you need reboot your phone before you can continue listening music.

- When you listen a long song, Spotify show in timebar only to 19:57, even if song is for example 79:58. Yes, 79:58... Scooter – Suck My Megamix - The Longest Scooter Single In The World

- The Feed view does not work!

- Sometimes app does not remember shuffle and repeat status. [New bug]

- Sometimes app does not show in play queue view from where you're playing eg. playlist name not showed. [New bug]

- Offline playlists does not show sometimes when Offline. [New bug]

Improvements:

- Add Local files support.

- Add Last.fm support. Very important!

- Add Bluetooth support (full support with prev/next track etc).

- Add Extreme quality support. Very important!

- Add Windows Phone support to Desktop version.

- Add Radio support.

- Add ability to create empty playlist.

- Add ability to rename playlist.

- Add ability to check top lists.

- Add option to crossfade, volume normalization and gapless playback. Very important!

- Add ability to remember what playlist or track you're playing.

- Add equalizer.

- Add a faster way to scroll in playlists.

- Add ability to repeat one.

Customer service:

- Customer service does not comment to Windows Phone comments? All responsiblity to Windows Phone users? Really?

Good list with bugs and problems. I agreed on everything.

I thought the android version was pretty bad, but that was nothing in comparison to the WP-version...

The app is completley unsuable at the moment and I downgraded my premium account yesterday because of this. I find it absolutely unacceptable how Spotify is treating its customers on the WP7 plattform. No information or estimates on when this will be fixed. My guess is that we have to live with this pice of junk for a very long time becuase their main focus is on iOS and android.

Hi,

I contact to you with case of Windows Phone version for Spotify. It is completely inaccessible to many and does not work. There is a lot of stuff in Spotify forums (I am Community Founder) and I am in complete shock that Spotify employees are not even commented on the Windows Phone Spotify problems area and move the responsibility entirely to users and to me, to the volunteer, founder of Community. I've been in touch with Community Manager Rorey and he does not comment at all why Spotify does not comment on any Windows Phone related threads.

We pay full price for the Premium service, just like everyone else, but the upgrade - we have not received it. From the publication date of the program! We have already risen into battle in order that Spotify fix the application, even bugs! You can read about Windows Phone Spotify problems here (link to this thread). Spotify does not participate in the Windows Phone debate, even if the same employees take a position on Android's and the iPhone's problems. Even if the application is made by Microsoft, this is not my responsibility to offer support for Spotify's WP app or upgrades to what's going on. It is why I contact, I want to get help for this, and your opinion how Spotify accept this thing.

What I would like to say, many Premium customers has canceled their orders and have switched to other services. This is probably not meaningful to Spotify, and should receive attention why this happens. I myself pretty close to cancel my order because I do not want to fight with non-working application. Windows 7's version is more or less well, but the phone version of Windows useless. It is why people unsubscribe from paid service and a lack of support and buggy software. I am a volunteer assistant, and indeed I am the only one answering users problems in Windows Phone Spotify debate, and it is considered by many to be the work of Spotify...

Would it be possible in any way that we could do something about it? There are already so many of their orders canceled, that Spotify should start to worry about, but not... Community Rorey does not comment.
