Superuser Contribution Disable video on podcasts to save data on all platforms

The videos feature is nice to have, but the user should have the option to disable it like we used. As of 8/11/2023, I don't see anyway to disable video streaming while playing a podcast.

Superuser Contribution Podcasts will not play faster than 2.0x

When I play podcasts in the Spotify app they will only play at 2.0x even if I set the speed to 3.5x. It only worked when I downloaded the podcast.
