Can't share to Twitter, iOS 7, 5S

Strange issue- Having trouble sharing tracks to Twitter from my iPhone 5S (iOS 7).  When I tap "Twitter" on the share tab, nothing happens.  All of the other choices (Facebook, Email, etc.) work fine.

I notice that this happens when I'm signed in to Twitter in the iPhone's Settings.  If I remove my Twitter account in its iPhone Settings , I can share, although it brings me to a Twitter login page (in Spotify) every time.  But I don't want to have to keep removing  my Twitter account.

I have removed and re-added both Twitter and Spotify (I have the latest versions of both), seperately, then again together, done multiple hard reboots, and have done a full restore of my iPhone.  Nothing has worked.

Any ideas?
