Cannot synch on iphone 5 - getting a "!" next to the track

Hello

I am new on this and I was hoping I could get some help please .

I have been trying to put tracks off line but I am getting a red " ! " and thats about it... Can anyone help ?

Hey @casimir30 🙂

This is normally caused by one of two problems:

- You have already synched too many tracks, each offline device has a maximum license for 3,333 offline tracks. 

- You don't have enough free storage space. iOS will never let you use up all free space, so you will find it stops when you have ~500MB of space left. If you have less than 1GB of free space, try deleting some other content and then try synching again.
