New iphone, songs not downloading....???

i had spotify on my other iphone, now i got it on my new iphone... all my playlists came up but when i try and select the "play in offline" they will not start to sync.... whats the problem????????????

I am having the same problem.

I'm running iOS 7.0.6 with the latest version of Spotify (as of 12th of April).

Sometimes, after having had my Spotify in offline mode, and switching back to online mode, it starts to sync, showing that it's "aware" of the tracks needed to be downloaded, but stops within a few seconds.
