Spotify Premuim not syncing with iPhone

I've been reading posts and threads and still haven't been able to fix this: How do I sync up my iOS with my account?  I just upgraded to premium and have connected my device to my computer.  I clicked on devices when it came up and clicked "Sync all music to this device".  I've un/reinstalled and have enough space.  Anything else I can do?

What are you trying to do, sync your playlists across and make them available on your iphone for offline listening?  If so, you have to connect your iphone to the same wifi network your pc/mac is connected to.  Then the playlists should appear in spotify premium on your phone.  Next click into the playlist you want to make available offline on your iphone and slide across the "make available offline"

If that isn't the issue, what are you trying to do exactly?
