How can I get the songs to the offline mode?

That depends on what device you're using. But generally, at the top of the playlist you wish to make offline, there should be a toggle switch. Press that, and the tracks should start to sync offline.

I have the premium version, but when i choose a playlist to be available offline, not all the songs in the playlist are made available offline.
