At the moment i try the prem. account but i am a bit disappointed cause the most of my favourite bands has a lot of old albums @ spotify but not the latest ones, whats the reason for this, license problems?

Usually down to the record label licensing the music for Spotify, have you any specific examples?

here are some examples:

Anathema, Cradle of Filth (latest album not available and this album doesnt work Cradle Of Filth – Evermore Darkly), Nightwish, Holy Moses, Napalm Death etc. for nearly every 3rd/4th band i miss the latest albums - if its absolutley new than i understand when the spotify release needs a bit longer but the most albums are not that new.

Seems to be down to the record labels but of the ones you mention:

Nightwish album Imaginaerum is only available on Spotify in USA for some reason - http://www.spotimy.co.uk/albumpage.php?album=4440

Napalm Death's new album is on Century Media, who no longer licence their music for streaming services

Cradle Of Filth album is on Peaceville, who normally license their music for Spotify, as you say their last album is available, not sure why the link doesn't work for you

Holy Moses is on Steamhammer, who again normally license their music.

Sometimes for whatever reason albums do appear later on.

Another example is the lastest Album from Santigold "Master of My Make-Believe" released last Friday here in Germany. It's steamable at the other Steaming Service simfy in Germany (http://www.simfy.de/artists/15309-Santigold/albums/1592800-Master-of-My-Make-Believe) but not on Spotify.

Or from today's Releases "A Joyful Noise" from Gossip.
