Hi  I am from Manchester UK, been using Spotify for a couple of years now since moving from Napster, overall the service is great but the past few days the service has been a bit eratic with songs stopping and others skipping all together.

Hello! I have severel problems to take away the "spotify-app" which I long ago - by a mistake - downloaded to my facebook-account. I don´t want my playlists at facebook - so how in this earth can I get rid of this spotifyapp -  there´s no help in their so called "help" - I imagine that they would make money from these "apps" - but I´m not in for it....

I love your service! Wonderful!!! Simfy,Napster,Rdio,Musicload,Itunes,Sony,MuJuke and Musicmonster are ridiculous - i`ve tested them all!!!

Hey everyone! I'm Grayson, been a Spotify Subscriber since 2010, but just now involving myself in the Spotify Community. But I'm certainly not new to Online Communities. I am a Community Support Represenative for a major Entertainment Provider and can't wait to put my skills to use here, on the Spotify Forums. =)

My musical tastes vary with the day. It could easily be Skrillex one day and Kelly Clarkson the next. My interests include personal, thorough, and detailed Customer Service with kittens and Christmas close to that.

Hi, I'm a System Specialist that has had Spotify since they unleashed the "invite" program. Premium Member since 13.7.2010.

I just found this community, and already feel like home. I try to help on issues I can and offer my expertise to others.

Favorite music is from Queen and basically listen to all sort of music from Classical to Black Metal (depending on the mood)

- Dubstep
- Vocal Trance
- Chilling tunes

are usual stuff on my playlist.
