I see them on all the time, but they usually aren't on during the weekend. Mondays are slow so usually Tuesday - Friday.

To clear things up a bit let me explain:

At the top of the food chain here we have the Community admins: Rorey, Jude, Rocio and Per. They have green names.

Then, us moderators: Me, David, Sam and Meredith. We have turquoise names.

All of the above are Spotify staff.

Then we have our little army of Spotify superusers such as licensed, hpguru, Mattjsrules :catwink: and so on. These guys (usually in blue) help us out around the place. They get other benefits too like uploading their own avatar, and mod rights in some cases.

Hopefully we'll have this whole structure clearly laid out soon somewhere, but if you're ken to get involved just say. We'll be in touch.
