Every month the Community Team review our top ideas and present the ones we’ve updated in the past 30 days.

 

Here's what we've been up to in May. 

 

 

IMPLEMENTED:

 

1. Follow artist from mobile app

 

Now you can follow artists from your Android or iOS app. Thanks for your kudos everyone!

2. [WP8] Browse feature for Windows phone app.

 

3. [WP8] Discover function for Windows phone app.

 

4. [WP8] - Please add Radio support 

 

Our latest Windows Phone app update brought a new design to the app--as well as the highly anticipated Browse, Discover and Radio features.

5. Show playlist artwork on mobile.

 

Now users on iOS and Android can see playlist artwork when scrolling through their playlists. Thanks for the kudos and the idea by Rising Star @mdewater

6. Spotify in Brazil. 

 

This month we said hello to users in Brazil, making Spotify available in 57 markets worldwide.

8.  Change the white interface. 

 

9. Album artwork on artist pages is too large. 

 

Our new design has rolled out across all platforms now, making both of these ideas "implemented".

 

10. Enable playlist search on mobile devices.  

 

You can now find your playlists in the search function on your iOS or Android device.

12. Spotify needs to become more album "collection" based.  

 

Your Music is now available to users on desktop, web, Android and iOS.

13. DJ version of Spotify. 

 

Recently our friends at Algoriddim announced a major update to djay for iPhone and iPad. This new version lets all our Premium subscribers mix millions of tracks using their iPhone and iPad, as well as hook up their professional DJ hardware to a massive library of music. Read more right here
