This has already been raised by people in the Windows thread but perhaps needs to be added here too.
The windows installer needs an option to install Spotify somewhere else other than within the roaming profile. I have very restricted roaming profile space and had to uninstall.
As Spotify do not seem to be woking on a web player this is really important to those of us needing to use a desktop player. I have just subscribed but will have to cancel if one of these solutions is not provided.
Please post here if you are having similar problems, want install options or have a solution.
Thanks

I just started using Spotify - and I really enjoy the experience. There's just one thing that's really annoying: That Spotify just has no webplayer. I mean - what's the point of not having my own mp3-collection if in the end I still need to bring my laptop to my friends place if I want to play a song??
Please do add a webplayer, just as Simfy, Grooveshark or all the others already have.
Thanks,
Nic
I agree with all of you. I cannot beleive that Spotify does not have a Webplayer. COME ONE SPOTIFY WHY HAVEN'T YOU MADE A WEBPLAYER and evern worse WHY DONT YOU ANSWER TO LET US KNOW AT LEAST WHY NOT OR MAY BE. !!!!!!
Ok, the reason why they did not make it earlier is because they wanted to do it right the first time around. And the good news: it is here!!!

WebPlayer is currently in beta and should be available for everyone soon. ;)
If you still want to have the option to choose the install location check out this idea here:
