Over lapping of Artist.... Bizzle and Lethal Bizzle

I dont know how to contact Spotify directly so this is the best thing I guess.

When I have all the songs from Bizzle up their is one song from "Lethal Bizzle" entitled "Lip Biting Animal"
also when Spotify shows on my facebook the top artist that I'm listing to instead of showing a picture of Bizzle it reflects as "Lethal Bizzle"
Please Change THIS!!!
