Spotify Ideas

Help me group songs on a playlist, perhaps by allowing us to color code the items...

I have a long, eclectic list of music that I'm sharing to some subscribers.

When I pick up the next amazing track, I like to try to fit it into the entire playlist so there's a cohesive flow to all the songs that are playing.

It would be really helpful, would be the ability to just change the font color of each song item in the playlist. That way I could group them by color code as needed and that would help us all stay sane.

It would be nice to see in which playlist(s) I have put a song. So I know wether I have organised it alright.

Playlist randomization through a Scramble button

Dear Spotify,

I use your program every single day and I'm super pleased with the functionality and the program overall.

There is just one thing missing. Every single Playlist always looks the same way, the sorting function is good, like all other music programs you can sort it by artist name, song name etc.

Spotify is no ordinary music program and should stand out from the crown with a new, awesome, groundbreaking button in the playlist section called SCRAMBLE. When the button is pressed there will be no explosions, free margaritas or rabbits jumping out of a wizards hat. What it will do is to Randomize the entire playlist, no more, no less.

Please add this button, it would put a smile on my face to see and listen to my music in a new order!

P.S Make the button RED for maximum awesomeness, the appeal to press the button will be unbearable (this is a joke) D.S

Make search results in playlist actionable on iOS

Currently, you can search inside a playlist, which basically means filtering. But you can't do anything with the result but to start playback. The swipe gestures don't work and in the search result view, the "edit bar" is missing. So you cannot e.g. remove this certain track from the playlist.
