My Question or Issue

The controls for Spotify on my lock screen have ceased to work. I can't pause or change the selection. This is kinda dangerous for me while I'm driving. I've seen multiple threads saying this is fixed, but it's not for me. I've tried every solution out there.

Hey there @tony1278,

Looks like you've posted the same question twice and your other thread here has now been moved to Ongoing Issues, so we'll keep you posted there 🙂

Feel free to give us a shout though, if there's anything else you need help with.

Is no one going to help me? @ivan

I have tried a clean install twice. This is not an isolated event for me.
