My Question or Issue

Hello,

I have an issue that is driving me crazy. I have bought an Apple Watch for listening to my podcasts when I go running. I am facing a weird behavior: I can upload some podcasts to my Watch, but other podcasts can't be uploaded, this is a bit random. Example: "The NY Times Daily" can be uploaded, but the "BBC Earth Podcast" podcast doesn't work, it is written "Failed" on my watch... I tried all the "solutions" I found on Internet: log out/log in, hard reset of the Watch, uninstall app the the iPhone and on the Watch, even this post (Apple Watch downloads failed - The Spotify Community) doesn't help me. Please help me, I start to regret buying this Watch...

Thanks for reaching out. Have you noticed a pattern as to which podcasts download and which do not? Like for example podcasts with video do not download? Let us know. Also send us some screenshots or a video of the behaviour, that will help us investigate this.

Thank you for your reply. BBC podcasts don't download to the Watch, but also a french podcast called "Affaires Sensibles". I did not find any patter. You can find the screen shots. By the way, my watch is a SE2, not a SE.

I have the same problem with Apple watch Series 10. I cannot download all BBC from Spotify. Have you found a solution?

No, I have just cancelled my Spotify subscription since they cannot fix this issue.
