If you haven't yet, we'd suggest you perform a clean reinstall of the app on the affected device. By doing that, the app can be up-to-date and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this inconvenience.       <description>Ele faz isso varias vezes ao longo do dia. E as vezes nem volta mais a tocar. Eu acabo desistindo pelo cansaço. A minha internet é boa, tanto 4G quanto WIFI, e escuto no mesmo lugar todos os dias há anos. Não é a internet ruim, pois ja testei isso também, e sempre esta boa a conexão. Uso o celular MOTO G 8 Plus, VERSÃO ANDROID: 10. &lt;BR /&gt;Se continuar assim vou ter que cancelar minha assinatura por que não esta compensando. Eu passo mais tempo sem ouvir musica do que ouvindo. E normalmente eu escuto musica o dia inteiro. E no momento não tem me atendido como gostaria.</description>

Also, if you have an SD card on the device, try removing it and check if the app works better without it.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Olá, tentei os métodos recomendados e não foi resolvido o problema, começo a tocar qualquer música porém ela para em segundos, sinceramente já está sendo cansativo, tentei usar o web player no Google, usei o app tanto da Microsoft quanto o do próprio site, e tentei usar o app no meu celular e o erro continua, mesmo tentando todas as "possíveis soluções".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
