Can't share playlist with users and non- users who have facebook

I've used the Spotify App for two years and today I noticed I wasn't able to share a playlist with current users and I couldn't share a playlist with non users who were my facebook friends.

I unistalled the app from my computer and when I reintalled it gave me a whole new profile and now even though i;m signed in through facebook it won't let me post/ share playlist.

any ideas as to how I can fix this?

It sounds like you might have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account.

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account. If not, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly.
