Spotify streams lost and frozen

My Question or Issue

So i uploaded my song to spotify, had been gaining streams perfectly fine.

Until recently, my streams for my song dropped, as well as it being frozen without gaining any at all.

It says if people are listening at a certain time fine, meaning that my streams should go up, however this isn't the case.

I have seen no solution online yet people with the same problem and all they have been told is to check the FAQ which has no infromation.

could someone please help.

Spoke to Spotify Support about it, it seems that 7 days after a release Spotify For Artist only updates every 24h span instead of Live Updating so wait for the next morning and check your streams again.

I had 720 streams on one day and it dropped to 477 the next day, but it got fixed by waiting till the next day, hope this helps.

I tried to talk to the support team about this and got absolutely no help whatsoever. They wouldn't even hear me out when I tried to explain the issue. I basically got "the stream count is correct. sorry." then they ended the conversation. So frustrating and it seemed like the agent didn't even care that something was wrong. I know that my stream count went way down to almost nothing after it being 1000+ and I know that isn't accurate. Definitely makes me feel like Spotify doesn't care about the artists.
