Liked songs automatically shuffle

My Question or Issue

Every time I open the Spotify app on Android, my liked songs are set to shuffle as default. I almost never want to shuffle my liked songs. WHY does it not save my shuffle status from my last session?

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide us the following:

Is this on all devices or only on that Samsung?
When did this start happening?
Are only the Liked Songs affected or is this with all playlists?
Where exactly do you tap and what steps do you follow to reproduce this? Send us a screen recording showcasing the steps if possible. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.
