App in my preferred language.

I live in Czechia. I speak English. I want the app to speak top me in a language I understand - line English.

I Also want the app to offer me podcasts in English, not Czech.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

You should be able to change the app language directly through the settings. Just head over here to check the steps for your device.

On another note, the suggested content in the app (such as podcasts) are based on the region your Spotify account is registered in. While English podcasts may not always appear in the recommendations, you should still be able to play podcasts in different languages, as long as they're available on Spotify in your region. You can find the top podcasts in specific countries on this page, if you'd like to find some inspiration on what to listen to next.

You may also find this Idea about being able to filter content by language interesting, so feel free to check it out, if you haven't already 🙂

Thanks for your reply. I found thast but it fixes only some of the problem
is that the app on both Android a Desktop offers me Czech podcasts, sends
me emails in Czech, and all system provided web pages (like when I click a
link from one of those emails) are in Czech.

While the email language cannot be altered manually and podcasts are region-specific (@Maria's suggestion can help with that), you can also change the language of system-provided web pages. To do so, scroll to the bottom of the page and find this button:
