Spotify Tile for Wear OS

In the Play Store description for Spotify Premium, it says, "Get instant access to Spotify with our Tiles and Complications." Yet THERE ARE NO TILES at least on Pixel Watch running Wear OS 3. (Are there any complications?) It is ridiculous that while running, I have to scroll through all the apps, and choose Spotify (on a tiny watch face) just to be able to skip a song. I should be able to just swipe to a tile, but there is no tile to put on.

I thought the same but then I saw a tile called Heavy Rotation which counterintuitively is actually a Spotify tile. If you have Spotify playing and swipe to that tile and tap more it brings up the media controls. Also there is a setting to automatically open media controls but I haven't used that yet. Depending on your headphones you could also use voice commands too.

After a fiddle with the auto launch media controls and a google around it seems if you have a watch face with it as a complication you tap it and it opens, mine is a tiny Equalizer symbol underneath the 6. Others have reported if you choose a watch without a Spotify complication then the media controls will be there whenever you wake the watch and you'll need to dismiss them to see the clock. Hope that helps. Now if only they could fix shuffle Spotify might actually be worth the price.
