&lt;P&gt;Before continuing any further, just keep in mind that you can't download music on the &lt;A href="https://open.spotify.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Web Player&lt;/A&gt;, but only on the Spotify app.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To get a better understanding of the situation, it'd be great if you could share some more details. Does this happen on one or multiple devices and have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;First I recommend making sure that you're logged in to the correct Premium account on the app by logging out &amp;gt; back in with the correct credentials.
