Hello,

I have Lumia 1320 (and my other 2 firends) and we have the same problem with offline sync - no matter how many songs we want to sync, after i'ts "done" songs are not available offline at all.

Are you syncing to an SD card?

This issue can occur when installing Spotify to an external SD card.

Please follow these steps to fix the issue on a WP8.1 device:

1) Uninstall Spotify from your WP8 device.

2) Go to the "Storage Sense" app.

3) Select to "Store new apps on my SD card".

4) Reinstall Spotify

Yes I'm trying to sync on SD card, also Spotify App is installed on SD card.

Swiitching that option for a moment and installing app on internal memory sloved my problem.
