&lt;P&gt;In this case, as a first step, we'd suggest you make sure you've logged into the same account on both devices. You can start by checking your mobile device by following these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap the &lt;STRONG&gt;picture profile&lt;/STRONG&gt; at the top-right of the screen.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings and privacy&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;At the top, tap Account. There you can find the email linked to your account (if any).&lt;/LI&gt;
