&lt;P&gt;Gift cards are activated by the cashier of the store at the moment of the purchase as mentioned in &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/gift-card-not-working/" target="_self"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt;. So if your card is not yet activated, we'd recommend going back to the store you bought it with the receipt, so it can be properly scanned and activated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
