Hey @CoolMcCoolson,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

First, we'd recommend reinstalling the app on your Watch to see if it makes any difference. You can do this directly from your Watch by opening the apps menu, tapping and holding the Spotify icon and selecting the option Uninstall. Once uninstalled, you can open the Google Play Store from your Watch, search for the Spotify app and tap Install. You can also install the app on your Watch again using the Galaxy wearable app on your phone as a different option.

If the issue persists, we'd recommend trying with a different Wi-Fi connection as some networks may have restrictions or speed limitations. If you don't have another one available, you can use a mobile data hotspot to test it.

Lastly, would you mind confirming if the app was working properly and it started showing this behavior or if it has never worked before?

Hope this helps. We'll be waiting for your response.

As I open the app, it says "logging in" but then the screen goes to the Internet Connection Error, even while connected to the WiFi.
