&lt;P&gt;We'd recommend taking a look at what was already mentioned in regards to the differences between free and Premium accounts and wanted to add that if you have a Premium one and you're seeing this pop-up, you might have an additional free account and be logged in it by mistake. We'd recommend taking a look at&lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/Find-out-if-you-have-another-Spotify-account/ta-p/4737961" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt; this guide&lt;/A&gt; on how to locate an account, as well as &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/premium-not-working/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt;, which has some more useful information for Premium accounts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're on the free version and your playlists appear empty, this is something that's&amp;nbsp;most likely related to a mismatch between the country registered on your account and the one you're currently located in if you have a free one. We'd recommend updating your country info by following the steps mentioned in&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/country-region-settings/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;&amp;nbsp;this article&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have premium.&amp;nbsp; I shouldn't be seeing this message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's also incredibly condescending to people who don't have premium.&amp;nbsp; "This is a premium feature" or "you need to purchase premium to use this feature" or greying it out altogether so that people know they don't actually have permissions to use it would all be more respectful.&amp;nbsp; It's not a treasure hunt and a pop-up telling you that you are a second class citizen isn't a reward.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In this case, we'd first recommend forcing the sync between your account and your device by &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/how-to-log-out/" target="_self"&gt;logging out&lt;/A&gt; and logging back in twice.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in &lt;A style="background-color: #ffffff;" href="https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstall-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt;. &lt;P&gt;Sounds like you happened to tap on one of the options currently available to Premium users only (such as deactivating Shuffle on the mobile app). Spotify Premium offers a wider access to features compared to the free version, like on-demand listening and editing the play queue through your phone. A full list of the differences between the two can be found &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/premium/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Keep in mind that it's expected to see this message at certain points when on the free service. It's not possible to switch it off while on free, but you can dismiss the message to continue using the app as usual.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're on Premium and seeing this, however, it's possible that the app needs a quick resync.
