Can't upload show art

I can’t get my show art to upload, it just keeps spinning and I’ve used a MacBook, iPhone, Samsung, different browser, private browsers, file and photo from my phone, different images! NOTHING is working and therefore I can’t get past the upload image to finishing setting up my podcast profile and post my first episode.

Just to confirm, have you tried following these specific steps to upload the cover art for the episode?

If so and you're still having issues, it's best to contact our Creator Support team so they can assist you further with this.

Yup same here. Loading button keeps spinning, and/or picture doesn't show up...

Try debugging your software.....how can it take this long to fix this?????

api-v5.anchor.fm/blo... responded with a status of 404

Their image processing API endpoint is returning 404 — the server endpoint literally doesn't exist. This is a Spotify backend bug. No image file, format, or size will fix this. Their API is broken.

I am having the same issue. I am working on the 3 step setup and get to the page to add cover art and I click Next and it shows loading but comes back to Next and can't process to next step. I have done all that you shared above.

Chiming in to let you know that this is currently being looked into by the relevant team. We'll keep you posted here as soon as we have any news to share, stay tuned.

In the meantime, try using the dedicated Spotify for Creators app for Android and iOS to see if that helps.

Update from the 27th of May: It seems this is now fixed as we haven't received any new reports about the issue in the last month. Let us know in a comment if you still have trouble uploading and we'll look into this.
