Rekordbox Track Loading Error

My Question or Issue

Loading tracks from a Spotify playlist randomly stopped working.

Trying to load a track gives the "Track Loading Error"

Trying to listen to a preview of the song gives the "Download Error"

Internet is working fine, Spotify works too. Can listen to the songs through Spotify.
Restarted Rekordbox.

Tried loading different songs.

Playlists and songs are all visible, but songs can't be loaded.

Not listening to Spotify on any other devices.

Removed Rekordbox from "Manage Apps" view in Spotify.

Logged out of Spotify in Rekordbox and logged in again.

Tried a different network (hotspot).

Was DJ'ing while it suddenly stopped working.

Anyone who can help me?

Seems like every once in a while it loads one track if you wait long enough (+10-20 mins).

We can confirm that the relevant team is aware of this issue and is working on a fix, however, we don't have an exact ETA.

In the meantime, just make sure to keep both apps up to date.

Spotify not working on Djay Pro or Rekordbox

Hello

I cant load up any of my playlist on Djay Pro or rekordbox on IOS.

I can search for songs and see the recommended "Made to DJ" playlists but my playlist would not load.

We celebrated our wedding yesterday, and I couldn't get Spotify to open in Rekordbox. It says "Download error" and nothing happens. Apparently, this has been a known issue for a long time, yet it hasn't been fixed. The constant problems with Spotify are really starting to infuriate me, there's no point in paying for a service that always has issues.
