[WP 7.8] Can't download Spotify in polish marketplace

Spotify is available in poland but message in marketplace:

You can't get apps in this region. You can check the Windows Phone Store in your home region to see if the app is available there.

I doublechecked and the WP7 app should also be made available for the new regions very soon.
