Spotify is advertising Connect for SmartTV

Last week I got a mail from Spotify advertising Spotify Connect for my SmartTV:

Spiele Spotify über Lautsprecher, Laptop oder Fernseher ab. Die Spotify App dient Dir dabei als Fernbedienung.

in english:

Play Spotify via Speaker, Notebook or TV. The Spotify App is your remote.

I have a 2014 Sasmung SmartTV with the latest Spotify App installed. But I can't controle it via Spotify Connect.

Wrong advertising or is my Spotify Connect not working?

Not all Spotify applications are Spotify Connect enabled, so it is really dependent on the hardware you have.

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think Samsung Smart TVs are currently Connect enabled.
