E-card abroad

Hi everybody I would like to know if it's possible to buy an e-card as a gift for a friend even though my friend doesn't live in my own country. I would like to know then if the e-card would work also abroad.

The answer to your question basically is no. But you can try to order one for the country your friend lives in, but I'm not sure if this is possible.

As @Flixx says, you can only redeeem an ecard in the country you buy it.

You can only buy an ecard in the same country your credit card/PayPal is registered.

Is it not possibile even if I use an international card to pay and i put Belgium as the place of the invoice? Not even if I use the Belgium website to buy it?
