bluetooth in my car

hi all,

I tried to listen spotify premium through my car bluetooth.

my mobile is samsung note 3 android 4.4.2 and my car plays by Uconnect fiat/alfaromeo

the car system connects my mobile but is impossible to listen the music in this way: the mobile plays music but is not able to play through car stereo.

the car sees my andorid via bluetooth and i can call but not listeing spotify.

any idea?

any suggestion for me?

I'm sorry you have playback problems on your car Bluetooth device.

It is really possible to solve most problems in this situation.

Let's go further. Have you tried already to disconnect phone from sound system? Then just after phone boot connect back to device. Music here? Also please ensure volume is setted up on your mobile phone / car receiver.

hanks for your support.

the volume was very loud, at 20 level, usually I listen at 10-12.

I tried more and more time, it seems a bluetooth issue between android and car system for spotify premiun.

if i use the music player within android via bluetooth I'm able to listening lusic and manage playlists through bluetooth.

i think that the issue is legacy to spotify 😞

What is your car device? Model number and manufacturer?

it's the integrated navigation module "Uconnect 6.5" radio nav" powered by Alfa Romeo/FIAT/Jeep.

the smartphone is Samsung Note 3, SM-N9005, with android 4.4.2

now I'm using AIX cable, but it's dangerous when I drive lonely...for changing playlists by smartphone... 🙂

Are you still experiencing the same issue?

If so, can you please try to clear cache and resintall Spotify following the steps here?

now works good but i can only move the songs in the same playlist.

if i want to change the playlist i have to use the smartphone.

is it right or need other actions by me?

At the moment, you'll need to use your smartphone in order to change a playlist. Here's a link with more information about the cars/stereo manufacturers we support and its features.
