I was wondering the other day, how ofter does Spotify update artist play counts?

It is usually updated every few days.

I feel like that used to be true, but I have been following play counts for a friend of mine, and I have been playing the music every day, and the numbers haven't changed in over 3 weeks.

I've noticed that the zardeens count is not going up. Listened a few times over last few weeks and the number is not changing.

Update: it's November. Play counts haven't changed since early April for an artist I listen to regularly, several times a week.
