Can not connect on PS4

Hello i've tried to log in to the ps4 app. and the ps4 does'nt show up on my connect for any of my devices and when i log in with my user/pass i just get a screen with the Spotify logo and nothing else. Would really like to use this app so any help would be appreciated. I have also read the support articles and they did not help!

Hi there and welcome to the community,

Are you behind a proxy or VPN? If you are, I'd recommend to remove the Proxy settings.

If that doesn't help then I'd suggest to remove the app from your Playstation. Then go to the store and redownload the app.
