Deactivate Connect

Is there a way to disable the annoying "Connect" feature? I want to hear different music on my smartphone and on my computer and not have my playlists intercepted by music choices from another device.

I strongly suggest to add a feature for deactivating Connect and restore the playlist marking of the current song in the Android app. There are more ways to enjoy music than the one Spotify declares as the one and only.

I deactivated my premium-account and left spotify, because it is not possible to deactivate 'connect'. Why is this? If I turn on a light, i should be able to turn it off.

is there still no possibility to deactivate the connect feature?

Everytime I'm listening to spotify on my desktop pc the spotify app from my android phone also starts - that is absolutetly **bleep**.
