      <title>Spotify connect doesn't make a connection with any of my devices</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Since yesterday Spotify Connect doen't work anymore on any of my devices. We're using the next set up:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Denon HEOS Link&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;apps on iPad air 2, iPad mini and Samsung S4, Asus laptop en iMac&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Fritzbox 7490 router&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Premium account&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The connect button does show up (grey) and the HEOS also shows up. But their is no connection made. Until yesterday everything worked just fine. No&amp;nbsp;changes were made in my network setup. Strangely&amp;nbsp;none of my other devices (iMac and laptop) show up. Which&amp;nbsp;they did before.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Things we tried so far:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;uninstall and reinstall Spotify&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Turned off/on the HEOS Link.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Switch off/on my router.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What could be the problem?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ditto.&amp;nbsp; I've been using Spotify Connect without any issues for months on my Sony STR-DN850, controlling it with either the spotify app on either my macbook or on my iphone.&amp;nbsp; No issues whatsoever until a week ago: since then, I've the Sony shows up as an option in Spotify Connect, but it fails to actually make the connection when I click on it.&amp;nbsp; Is this a problem with Spotify Connect?&amp;nbsp; Please help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, everything works fine again. Nothing changed in my settings but somehow the connection was back. I read somewhere that there is a limit of three devices that can be logged in at the same time. Maybe that was the issue, not quite sure though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was using CEOL N9 for one week. And today ist happend.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i use Spotify app from Windows 8 or from Andoid device then my CEOL N9 and i put voice transmission on DENON device then is stuck. Network connection on CEOL N9 is not available any more. I have to restart denon, and after viem mintues connection is restored.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any solutionfor this? I wonder if i should send my device to DENON servis?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was trying to restore to defaults but it not helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea what i can do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So i call my local DENON dealer and i describe them what happends.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They said that i can come and they will change my CEOL N9 to new one. So i went to DENON shop and they give me New CEOL N9.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I came to my house and... i was able to open Spotify CONNECT only once. When i try second time, screen on my CEOL N9 freeze.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;@dash you wrote that this is global issue. Do you have the same problem? How do you know that?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This occurred due to an erroneous response to a standardised server request. We fixed this issue in the morning of the 21st August and you should once again be able to fully enjoy music from all network sources.
