Hi,

I downloaded the Spotify app Monday morning. I played two songs and I shutdown my PS4. Later that day I tried again and had to enter again my username and password. I got a prompt saying my Spotify is already linked with a PSN account and I should sign it with that. I do have an American PSN account, but I hardly use it. I tried switching PS4 users to see what happens, but I got the same prompt over there, that I should swith to the PSN account linked with Spotify. I tried looking up the guidelines, and it says I should sign out of Spotify on PSN, but right now I can't login on either one.

Im having exactly the same issue. I two have separate accounts one linked to my country of occupation and a secondary US account. None of the links provided have solved this issue.

Yeah I tried looking troubleshooting guides first, but so far no luck. I'm not using any special characters in my password and I think my Spotify account is almost 5 years old or something.

I have my PS4 connected to the internet via PPPoE. Could that be why my PS4 doesn't show up on Connect on my iPhone? (my PC does btw, it's logged into the wifi normally).

I can't log in to spotify on my PS4 using username and password since I've registered using facebook.

Help?

I'm having a similar issue where I logged in using my previously dormant UK account (I now live in Canada) only for it to tell me that I can only use spotify abroad for 14 days. There doesn't seem to be any way to login as a different user or even a way to unlink the account from my psn Id. Deleting and downloading the app again doesn't work.

Hello. I had the same problem. I solved when log in, use my username (not my email address) and password to register.
