It suddenly started working. About 5 hours after we first plugged in the new Echo, it suddenly popped up as an available device under Spotify. Maybe it just takes a little time for everything to get itself worked out over wifi. Problem solved.

Had an Amazon Echo, connected my Spotify account, works fine. Just added a second Amazon Echo in the house, and Spotify will not work on the second Echo speaker. When I go to the Spotify App via the Alexa App, it still shows my first Echo as an "availble device," but the new Echo will not show up. When I tell the second Echo to play Spotify, nothing happens. Anyone made a second Echo work with your Spotify account?
