Spotify starting forever

Spotify for Windows Phone is starting forever until Whatsapp is killed from task manager.

1. Microsoft Lumia 950 XL Dual Sim

2. OS Build 10.0.14393.576

3. Whatsapp 2.16.308

4. Spotify 5.2.4.0

steps to reproduce
1. press and hold back button, util task manager will appear

2. kill all apps frozen in background (swipe them down)

3. lauch spotify, spotify is lauched correctly
4. close spotify (back button, it will close, because of wp8 version)

5. launch whatsapp

6. press home button

7. launch spotify, spotify is forever handing on welcome screen

8. press and hold back button, kill whatsapp, spotify is unhanged and started.
9. or close spotify, then close whatsapp, launch spotify, spotify is launched correctly.

ps: solution, make UWP version of spotify please.
