    <description>&lt;P&gt;My suggestion is that you weight payments for plays by the subscription level of the user listening to the music. &amp;nbsp;I think the artists listened to by people with premium subscriptions should be rewarded differently than artists who are primarily listened to by unpaid subscribers. &amp;nbsp;I believe this will promote artists people are willing to pay for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
