I can't use spotify on my windows phone anymore!

What's wrong with the app? Everytime I try to open the app on my cellphone it crashes. I never saw this before. I am a PREMIUM member. I want to use it. How can I do?

Please let me know the following details:

1. Exact Device (e.g. Samsung Galaxy 4)

2. Exact operating system (e.g. 4.4.2)

3. Spotify app version installed (2.0.0)

4. What are you doing when the app skips/ stops/ crashes? Is it when it opens? When scrolling through tracks? When searching?

5. About how many playlists do you have?

1. Windows Phone 640 XL lite
2. Windows 10
3. Version 5.2.4.0.
4. When I try to open it, crashes and close itself. I can't see the home, playlist or searching songs. It doesn't work.
5. I have 5 playlist, 3 of them are offline

Unfortunately, Spotify don't officially support Window's phones anymore. -.-

Are any apps or battery saving apps running in the background on your phone, that might block your Spotify app?

No, i don't install anything in these days. I suppose that I lose the fight. My phone is obsolete!
