Detaching the web player tab breaks the player

I'm having this weird issue since the new HTML5/DRM web version.

I launch https://open.spotify.com/collection/songs in a new tab, start playing my collection and then detach the tab to move it on my secondary screen, while keeping Firefox open on my first monitor.

The moment the tab is detached or re-attached to a Firefox window the music stops playing and there's no way to start/pause it again. I have to refresh the whole player with F5 and click on the song to start playing again.

Firefox 52.0.2 on Ubuntu 16.04
