Web player can't work in Chrome..

i use windows 10 with chrome 52.0.2743.82 m (64-bit) ,installed Flash and shockwave too.

try to clear temp file and cookie, but black all the time

IE also have this problem

p.s i have poor english ~ sorry for this

If you’re having trouble with the Web Player, try the following:

Open play.spotify.com in a different browser (if you’re on Chrome, try Internet Explorer for example).
Reinstall Flash once again from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Sign in as a different Spotify user. If it works with a different one let us know!
Connect to the site over a different network.

If another network works okay, check the firewall settings of the first network to make sure Spotify isn’t blocked.
