When I logged back in with my email address, all my music including all my saved songs, playlists, everything has gone and I no longer have premium status which I am paying for as part of my Vodafone contract until Jan 2017. I called Vodafone this morning and everything is fine their end so they suggested to contact Spotify. Has anyone had a similar problem and can you provide any help please?
